The price listed is per vehicle, not per person. The total cost remains the same whether you have 1 passenger or the maximum capacity of the vehicle.

Are fuel and highway tolls included in the price?

Yes, all our prices are strictly all-inclusive. This covers fuel, highway tolls, and driver fees. There are no hidden costs or extra charges.

Can we request a quick stop for a restroom break, snacks, or lunch along the way?

Absolutely! Your comfort is our priority. Please let our driver know, and we will happily make a short stop for restroom breaks or grabbing snacks. For a proper meal stop, just inform us in advance.

How much luggage can fit in the vehicle?

For a Sedan/SUV (1-3 persons), we can accommodate 2-3 standard suitcases. For our VIP Van/Luxury MPV, it easily holds up to 8-9 standard suitcases. If you have oversized luggage, please let us know during booking.

How will I find my driver at the airport or pier?

Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival exit of the airport or the designated meeting point at the pier. They will be holding a clear name board with your name on it.

What happens if my flight or ferry is delayed?

Don't worry. We constantly monitor flight and ferry arrival times. Our driver will adjust the pickup time and wait for you based on the actual arrival schedule without any extra charges.
