Tour Booking Conditions
 
Booking a tour with us is subject to the following conditions. This ensures mutual understanding and the best possible travel experience for everyone. Please fill out the form and provide your details to make a booking.
 
Reservation and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation and have paid the required deposit.
  • Deposit Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total tour price must be paid within 3 days of your initial booking. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the departure date. Late payments may lead to the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Payment Channels: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card through Meta Pay on our Facebook page (3% surcharge applies), and Wise.

Booking Amendments
Amendments by Customer: If you wish to change your travel date or any other booking details, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the actual departure date. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Amendments by Tour Operator: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or other situations beyond our control that may affect safety or tour operations, we reserve the right to modify the tour itinerary, schedule, or accommodation. We will inform you in advance and endeavor to provide suitable alternatives.

Responsibilities
We act as a coordinator and provider of various services such as transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party service providers that are beyond our control.
You are responsible for safeguarding your personal belongings during the trip.
Travelers should be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may hinder their journey. Please inform us in advance if you have any health restrictions.
 

Travel Insurance

The tour price includes travel insurance. We highly recommend that you consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers illness, accidents, trip cancellations, and personal belongings for your peace of mind throughout the trip. To process your travel insurance, we will require a photocopy of your ID card or passport.

Note: These conditions may be adjusted based on the specific tour package. Please review the details in your booking confirmation document.

Tour Cancellation Policy
 
Cancellations by Customer
If you cancel 30 days or more before the departure date, you'll receive a 100% refund of the total payment.
If you cancel 7 to 29 days before the departure date, you'll receive a 50% refund of the total payment.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the departure date, or if you are a "No Show" (do not appear for the tour), there will be no refund under any circumstances.

Cancellations by Tour Operator
In cases where the minimum number of participants isn't met or if unforeseen circumstances prevent the tour from operating, we'll notify you and process a full refund, or offer you alternative options to consider.
We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred due to the tour cancellation, such as domestic flight tickets or separately booked accommodation.
