Dat Fa Waterfall is the largest and tallest waterfall in Surat Thani Province, located within the Tai Rom Yen National Park in Lamphun Subdistrict, Ban Na San District, Surat Thani. This waterfall is renowned for its beauty and the rich surrounding nature.

Location: Moo 7, Lamphun Subdistrict, Ban Na San District, Surat Thani Province.
Getting There: If traveling from Surat Thani city, take Highway 4009 (Surat Thani-Ban Na San) for about 33 kilometers until you reach Ban Chiang Phra. Then, turn left onto Rural Road (Ror Por Chor) for another 15 kilometers to reach the Tai Rom Yen National Park office.
Opening Hours: Open daily from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM (some sources state 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM).
Entrance Fee: There is an entrance fee to the national park as per the standard rates.
Hiking Trails: Accessing the lower tiers of the waterfall is relatively easy. However, for exploring the higher tiers (from Tier 4 up to Tier 8), you might need to contact park officials for guidance as the trails can be steep and involve walking through water. Leeches might also be present in some sections, so it's advisable to prepare accordingly.
